Larox Flowsys introduces new LPP-M pump model

As a result of customer requests, Larox Flowsys is introducing a basic version of its LPP-M pump, in addition to the current smart version. Whereas the current version contains multiple automatic input/output control and alarm modes the new basic version will have only single manual output control mode. The technical features such as the flow rate, pressure and suction lift remain the same, but programmable options such as remote adjustment and different feedback signals are left out of the basic model.

The basic version will be more economical than the smart version and “it is perfect for processes which have their own control centre and do not need a separate one in each pump. – With this new model, we can better fulfill our customers’ demands and offer them process solutions with more possibilities,” explains Matti Riihimäki, Vice President of Larox Flowsys responsible for pump products.

The new basic model is named LPP-M2-B and the current smart LPP-M model is called LPP-M2-S. The Larox Flowsys pump family of consists of LPP-T (transferring) pumps with a flow range from 0.22 m3/h to 40 m3/h, of LPP-D (dosing) pumps serving flow rates between 0.06 and 2 m3/h and of LPP-M pumps with the flow range from 0.23 to 126 litres/h. The solutions of Larox Flowsys have considerably low life-cycle costs as they consume less energy than competing pumps, are easy and quick to maintain and their only wearing part, the hose, lasts longer than in conventional hose pumps, the company says.
